I just clicked through Exotica's links. Here you will find xdms, which will convert the dms archives to adf images (or "try to" extract the files, as the documentation says...)

If you plan on using WinUAE, you can use the dms archives directly without having to convert them.

The cause may be very good, but I don't like campaigns that throw stuff in my face.
