While at Sundown 2007 I kinda got the coding bug back again.
The Blizzard board in my Amiga died at Sundown 2005 and not long afterwards I got rid of it - damn hard thing to do! I had no money to fix/replace parts and didn't have anywhere to store it.
Problem is, ALL my old source code was on the HD in that Amiga - it all went when my Amiga went.
I'm looking for loads of assembler (commented preferably) to get me back into it - I've forgotten a LOT! Not interested in demo writing - utilities is my scene.
Just hunted through Aminet and downloaded a few files but nothing special. I'm surprised I couldn't find more.
Anyone know anywhere I can find any along with a forum I can go for help when I get stuck?

Ey up!
It's a shame you have trashed your Amiga, as your hard drive would still have been readable on PC using WinUAE...

Hi Zeb.
Nice hanging out with you at Sundown. I have a bunch of sourcecode I could send you. I'll put something together and email you.
Cheers!

Xtc: Yeah, didn't think of that when I got rid of it, should have really.
BuZz: Thanks for the offer, will be checking my inbox every 5 mins
If you've got all the includes and autodocs they'd all be appreciated in a big way! btw, remember what I said abt your intro at SD2007 having 4 anim frames for A500 and 8 or even 12 for the A1200?

Thanks for the PM, will check after this post.
Thanks also for the link to EAB - I'll check those out tomorrow.
You can use the pics wherever you want except for the restrictions listed on the download page
I'm uploading Saturday's pics right now since it's early hours and everyone except me is in bed

Thanks kyz, saw that not long ago while hunting.
After about 10 years of not coding a thing on the Amiga I've started rewriting a PCHG converter tool into assembler. I'm in the middle of creating the interface - just looking for code to jog my memory as some bits are a bit vague...

I realised last night that one thing I really was miffed that I lost when my old HD in my Amiga went was my library source code.
I wrote a nice library with loads of nice little routines that I lost the source to.
Now to hunt down an FAQ on libraries - either that or I install ReSource and disassemble one...

some code in
http://aminet.net/package/dev/src/LibFrame
and lots of other examples. I've not checked any though so I can't say how good they are.

You diamond!
Just getting used to reading files written with includes - things looking a bit messy right now
