Ripping Graphics..

Hi !
Does anyone know of an Amiga tool for ripping graphics from amiga games/memory etc?
I've tried WinUAE with the Action Replay but I don't have a manual and therefore a bit of trial and error.
I actually started coding my own ripper - but all the bitplane stuff is proving to be quite tricky, but I think I've figured it out a little.
