Ey up!
My good lady gave birth to our first Son earlier this week.
Luke weighed in at an impressive 9lb 6oz. I'll have him on his first donner kebab by the end of the week!
(The kebab thing was a joke if any child welfare or social services people are reading this!)
I'll do my best to find time for UnExoticA and the upcoming wiki as and when time permits...
Cheers!

Congrats, chief !. Though, I've no idea what is a 'lb' nor a 'oz', I understand both the child and the mother are well.
Pics please !

Congratulations to you both!
Isn't using lb and oz supporting the imperial cause?

That's about 4.25kg if that makes a bit more sense?
Both the mother and Luke are doing just fine, cheers.
I'll sort out a piccy as soon as I can.

A bit late, but congrats.
"Luke". My friend has just had a son and called him Luke and when I asked him if his choice was influenced by Star Wars (Luke Skywalker) he answered "Of course!".
Any influence on you then?

Ey up!
Aye, Star Wars was the influence - but would you believe me if I told you it wasn't actually my idea?
No, I guess you wouldn't!
My girlfriend originally wanted to call him Anakin! She eventually changed her mind, and chose Luke. I agreed.
I am his father!
Cheers!
