On the Chris Hulsbeck cd Turrican Original Video Game Soundtrack, the third track is called main theme

which game is this song featured, and where can i find a midi and mod of it

This is the main theme of Turrican 3, of course available here at Exotica in TFMX format. You can also get the Mega Drive version (Mega Turrican) at Project 2612.
