Hello

I really need some help guys, I can't play most of the music formats because I'm stuck with Mac OS X using XimpleMOD to try to play amiga tunes but that software doesn't support shit.

I'm used to Windows XP see and I've always used good old DeliPLayer.
Is there anything for Mac that supports as much stuff as Deli? A few plugins for VLC perhaps?


Also, I'm sure I saw somebody mention something about a collection of amiga music converted to .flac somewhere round here?


Any help would be massively appreciated.

you seem to be able to get uade for osx (commandline player) http://uade2.darwinports.com/

you can also download various formats as ogg/mp3 recordings from the modland interface at http://www.exotica.org.uk/wiki/Special:Modland

not sure about flac, but you can get many amiga tunes recorded from real hardware @ http://www.paula8364.com/ although seems some formats were not played back with the correct player (old least old soundtracker)

OK, I've just downloaded uade and I can't make heads or tails of it. How do I install?

I'm not very good with command line btw...

There is a step by step instructions on that page. How far did you get ?
