I love the menu music, the end of it is superb :)

Amegas is a classic of course, and we have to appreciate Karsten Obarski for initially making soundtracker!

Turrican 2, without doubts, is my fave music soundtrack. On ANY format! I specially like Level 1-2's tune, dunno why :) And the spaceship levels' music too, it feels so "Gradius-ey"!

Other nominees:
- Stardust and Super Stardust
- Ghouls and Ghosts (crap game, cool Follin muzak)
- Body Blows and Body BlowsGalactic (Allister's pretty cool)
- Turrican 3, BC-Kid, Jim Power, and most any Hülsbeck TFMX tune :)

Lost Patrol (CHI YEAAAAAAAAAHH)

Double Dragon 2 (intro)

And some others. I forget them all.

Benefactor had a pretty unusual but strangely likeable tune and what about those reactor bits in Uridium 2? And the racey Apidya music...

Three more that came to mind: IK+, Deflektor and Superfrog! :)

And yes, I recently made a very exact 8 channel XM remake of the Battle Squadron title tune by Ron Klaren. It can be found here:

Edit (15 Apr 2004): the URL is now http://reed.planet-d.net/tunes/battle.zip.
