REQ: info about musci format used in indy3/loom

Do you know something about the music format used in amiga version of indy3 and loom? It's sure they are not in SCUMM format (that is used in Zak and mm)....We need these informations to improve the support of sound in SCUMMVM (www.scummvm.org).
