Afterburner music 100%

Thanks to IFW/CAPS for providing a 100% image I have rewritten the ripper for Afterburner 88 and can now provide a 100% rip of the file Disk.2 from the WHDLoad install which means the loading sample is now correct.

The file is here to test, and Don Adan was sent it to re-rip the module for Exotica:

If you haven't joined the Action-Testers list you probably cannot download the file.
