Hippel-COSO format and converters

Hi, I am looking for a way to convert Hippel-COSO music to an editable format, like MOD etc. because it seems it is sample-based, so shouldn't be so hard. Is there any documentation of the format or its compression, or any tools that can convert it (preferably for Windows)? Was it done before? I've found it can be decompressed to Hippel, but how? I only have its ripping description for Amore, but is seems rather undetailed. Thanks!
