I love the remix by Ron Klaren on the Immortal 2 CD. Perhaps my favourite track of the whole CD. He's kept 99% of the original feel and just improved the samples etc.

Oops! I thought I'd already replied to this.
I also think it's the best track on the CD. It's nice to see that this Immortal series is evolving nicely.
Waiting patiently for #3.
