Anco RIP, Kick Off (& Player Manager) keepitalive!

Anco -> R.I.P 2003 -> devteam news

Any Dino Dini fans out there... Man this game was an amazing soccer simulation :lol:

Was remembering those long Kick off (1 & 2) and Player Manager 1 sessions. Here u can exchange your point of views on the game, scoring tricks, PM strategies, game saves, game gui problems and all ur Kick Off related experiences.

What i would have love to see is a REAL Player Manager 2 release based on Kick Off 2!! Because Kick Off 1 was nothing polished (compared to the 2nd version) and so is Player Manager 1 when playing matches :'( As for the Player Manager 2 they released, omg it lost Dino Dini's touch (just like KickOff3 did).

Still am looking for a link to this very version:
Player Manager 2 Extra Time: The Chase for Glory (1996)
Note: As far as i know, this game was finished after Dino Dini left this Anco project... despite PM2 was already advertised in Kick off2 all around field)... may still be interesting to have... alook atit ;)

Just found an ACTIVE fansite! Now I know there's a worldcup going on each year :shock:
check & feel the thrill of the KO intro sounds :wink:
This site is working in association with Steve Screech, the other leader of the whole KO project.

Also check their downloads section:

Btw, what u prefer, UP pitch or Down pitch ??? :lol:

Did anyone else see the huge argument between Stuart Campbell and Dino Dini?
