Is it Another world. Is it Dune. It came from the desert, maybe. Wait it"s Sensible soccer. No, it"s Wings, that"s who it is. Hmmm, Stardust was great.
My overall choice wold be Dune, due to it"s amazing story, graphics and music. Ending is also exceptional. Bravo for French.
I second Dungeon Master... Giana Sister was kind of cool too... Turrican wasn't so bad either and Ambermoon... and Realms of Arkania... and the Pawn and Defender of the Crown...
...or too busy playing Amiga games to answer the question!
My vote would have to be...
Heh heh!
Thinking back, I think I spent the most time playing Lemmings 2, Pushover, Superfrog and the legendary Worms! But then I should also mention The Secret of Monkey Island, and Monkey Island 2, and whilst I'm at it what about Simon the Sorcerer on the CD³²? Damn fine game, and more fun to play than the bizarre Beneath a Steel Sky for the CD³².

I'm 17 now and grew up on an Amiga, getting my first one when I was 2, so I have a bit of game experience, as I was paid a somewhat "unofficial" salary from my dad's friend's Amiga store here in Georgia, USA to show people the latest Amiga games when I was 7.
Magic Pockets
Globdule
Superfrog
Body Blows
Kid Gloves
The New Zealand Story (god, that brings back memories)
Lemmings 2
Soccer Kid
Sleepwalker
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Sim Ant
Mindbender (the game I've been trying to identify for months, and finally have tonight)
Kid Rock 2
Putt-Putt Golf 2 (I spent hours playing this repeatedly)
Puggsy
Zool
Putty (Super Putty, as I think it was called, was even better)
Titus the Fox was REALLY good.
My all-time favorite would have to be Space Ranger. I can still remember every note of music, every sound effect, and every monster from that game.
