Needs a lot of work.....
First things first.. demolish the crap 1970's (or something) feature fireplace
Demolish the shed
Demolish the gazebo
throw all the wood and rocks into the front garden.. (Well, as much as you can fit)..
admire the previous owners wonderful decoration.
then have a rest...

Some more pics..
Heres one before i ('we' actually as i had plenty of help) ripped out the fireplace...
hmm. yellow!!!
ok. and the kitchen is actually quite ok.. the cooker is great.. although it needed an incredible amount of cleaning.... I don't think it had every been even wiped with a cloth. need a new floor though.. oh and they badly plastered the ceiling around the light fittings and then decided to change the light fittings, so there are gaps.. plus the flat roof leaks and needs replacing.. ..so i guess actually the kitchen is mostly crap, apart from the nice cooker

I got my first house just over a year ago in Plymouth, nice big house loads of spare rooms for my Junk and incredible price considering the boom
BUT the company I worked for closed and I've had to move to Oxford.
I am going to be lucky if I can afford to rent a room let alone a buy a house!
I've got the largest collection of coin operated video arcade machines and 8/16-bit computers & consoles....
Where am I going to put them in my 200k 1 bedroom flat

some more pics :
after the useless non functional 1970's feature fireplace was ripped out, and wood cladding removed from walls and stripped of paper..
and after with a multifuel stove and some decoration (better pics soon)
and the front of the house currently (upstairs windows unfinished)
and another view of the lounge.. some flooring still to put down and the light fittings still to do

Sounds great!! I'd love to visit thanks... Although I don't often drink Guiness, as it makes me fart a lot
