Search the game "Magic Serpent" It is a game like snake and i like it very much. Can someone help me? Please

I can't find an auction for it on eBay, current or completed.

This website doesn't host the game, so they must not have been able to gain permission to freely distribute it.

They dont have permission for Thalion games, but they still host them
