BP4 was held at Eidanger Hallen in Porsgrunn, Norway by Gollum and Sorrox
for the pc scene. Maximum demo size was to be 2MB, intros were limited to
64k. Also 4k, graphics (max 640x480, 256col), multichannel music compos.
Voting was a mess, with almost 150 invalid votes received. Another edition
was held next year.
  Please note that the results here had the numbers rearranged slightly, to
comply with the rest of scenery. f.ex., when two entries share 12th position
with the same amount of points, the next entry is 14th, not 13th.
