          Computer's Hell 1999.

CHE99 was held at the U5 youth club in Berlin, Germany for the c64 scene.
Just 15 people attended, and there were no compos. It was a three-day party
(friday to sunday), and this was the first time Computer's Hell was held.
Another would follow next year.
