AMIGA ACTION ISSUE 83 JUNE 1996.

COVERDISKS:

Hello. Every month in the coverdisk intro we heap superlatives upon the treats which we have in store for you. Sometimes with justification, and sometimes because we want to trick you into thinking the demos are better than they actually are so that you'll buy the magazine and our jobs will remain secure. This month is different though, and, like the proverbial boy who cried wolf, once again we stand proud and shout thus: "THE COVERDISKS THIS MONTH ARE REAM AND INCLUDE A TWO DISK FULL GAME SPECTACULAR!". Skinner and Baddiel's fabulous Fantasy Manager is absolutely huge - so huge in fact that its bulk has been crammed onto not one, but two disks. And hey! - you'll know where the space went when you play it. We imagine.
On top of that, because we know you like it, we bring you Sweden's latest pinballing spectacular, in the shape of the A1200 only Slamtilt. We could go on, but space is short, and besides, we've run out of things to say.

DISK 1 & DISK 2:

SKINNER & BADDIEL'S FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Once again we've beaten off the opposition to bring you the finest in full gamery. Laugh along with the Skinster, and indeed the Badster, as they do little more than lend their names to this football management game. It's a full commercial product in every sense of the word, and therefore worth buying the mag for alone. Buy it! Buy it!

DISK 3:

SLAMTILT (A1200)

21st Century's latest and greatest (allegedly) pinball game yet hits the Amiga, and therefore hits the readers of Amiga Action first. Show off your slamming and, ah, tilting skills in this monster demo which is surely worth buying the magazine for alone. Etcetera
