16-17.11 Treacl Celebration Party.

TCP was held in northern Germany, and was supposed to be a LEGAL party
(totally unheard of in those days!). As can be expected, the respect for
this decision was minimal. About 155 people attended on the first day.
The flow of power was not the strong point of this party; the place was a
mess of broken cables. The party was characterized as average, even though
no real BIG groups attended.
