Bernd: This is a commercial product which was sold via the best German Amiga magazine called "Amiga Joker". On the disk there are many German cheats, passwords and solutions for Amiga games. "Amiga Joker" does no longer exist, but from the same house there comes a great PC magazine called "PC Joker" which is imho the best PC games related magazine on the German market.
